About Us

Our bank was founded in 1915 as the First State Bank of Zap. It was moved from Zap to Beulah in 1938 and became known as The Bank of Beulah. The old bank building was torn down in 1956 and a new 25' by 100' brick building was constructed. In 1964 a 25' by 100' addition was built and in 1978 another 30' by 50' addition with drive-up was added.

On January 1, 2000 the name was changed from Bank of Beulah to First Security Bank-West. Security State Bank of Robinson became a branch on Jan 1, 2000 and Fairview Bank became a branch on Jan 1, 2002. Since opening, First Security Bank-West has always focused on meeting the needs of individual customers and business clients through personalized service.
